I bought 2 pieces of lr with button polyps two days apart. The one i got two days prior is still not opening up (except maybe one or two polyps), while the most recent one has opened up almost completly. I was wonder why this is, as they are both recieving the same amount of light in my ten gallon.

give them time. even with perfect water quality, lighting, and no acclimation, most corals will take a bit to open up. In the mean time, make sure there arent any nudis or snails on them keeping them from opening.
