baby snails

I have a little 2 gallon tank. I have 2 pond snails and lots of babys. I'm afraid if I vacume the gravel it will suck up the babys. It their any way to clean it without hurting them???

Well.... No, not that I have found anyhow. You could try this. Take a piece of veggie, like a cucumber and anchor it to the bottom of the tank. Wait a day for them to swarm it, take it out and put it in a glass of conditioned water until you are done cleaning the tank.

If it was me I wouldn't really worry about sucking up babies. For every one you suck up 2 will be born. Most of the posts on here are how to get rid of snails not how to keep them in a tank. If you really don't want to suck them up you could just drop in an algae wafer and when the snails are gorging themselves on it clean the other side of the tank.
