I have one discus that is a very picky eater...she only eats bloodworms (frozen)....she wont hardly eat anything else. I've tried mysis shrimp, jack watley's discus mixture, frozen and live brine shrimp, glass worms, pellets. And the only thing she seems to eat is the bloodworms. Its a 55gal, temp of about 87-88, ammonia and nitrites 0ppm, nitrates stays around 5ppm at max due to the ammount of W/C's on average 3 per week of atleast 50%...but atleast 2 per week. My other disucs are doing great and eating everything. Could it be because she is the lowest in the pecking order? Any Ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

PS. She is in good health, but she only eated bloodworms and I've heard not to make them your discus staple food bc they can cause digestive problems.

Most likely it is because that she is the lowest in the pecking order. It's normal and nothing to worry about too much. If she'll only eat BW, then let her. I know of a guy who has done that with his discus from 2.5" up to adult hood and they did great. Now if she stops eating BW, then it would be time to worry...
