Feeding questions.....

Check my sig for the fish I have. Right now I feed a mix of Cichlid sticks, flake food and algee chips. With the fish I have are there other things I should be giving them so they have a rounded diet? They are all doing great and are very healthy but I want to do the best for them. Thanks.

your plecos need veggies. get one of those veggie clips or something and a cucumber, zucchini or asparagus (they like other things too, but that is what I've been feeding mine) and stick them in there.

for the cuke and zuke you can just cut a slice about 1/2" thick and clip it in there (pick any seeds out or they get everywhere), and with the asparagus I usually use a peeler to peel the skin from one side of it then stick it in the tank. my bristlenose devours those things and my otos eat the cuke as well. :)

I've been looking around today. Looks like I can feed them earthworms. Anybody know if it's safe to just feed them earthworms from your backyard? Any chance of disease or anything?
