The 10g looks great. Are all those plants real? The 30g looks nice too. An easy way to make your tank look more natural is to hide filter tubes, heaters, etc. Some ways you could do that is by putting tall plants in front of them or moving them to the back corners to conceal them. There are also many articles on different aquascaping techniques you can find online.

The brown strings are poop. Do you have a pleco or the like? I have one and it always leaves long stringy poopies all over my plants. :D Don't worry about it and keep up the water changes

I think some more contrasting would be better. Put some short plants in front of tall ones and vice versa. Try to make them diffrent shaped leaves. It will create a better contrast and give it a better feeling of depth. Add a couple of more plants. Get creative.

You should get rid of the air pump and rod in the 30G. It releases Co2 out of the water. You need the Co2 for the plants. The plants will provide the oxygen for your tank.

I like the black rock. Its a nice centerpiece.

thanks for your help so far..
i just added some plants in the 10 and rearranged the 30g
lmk what you guys think..
should i really take out the bubble wand?
can i take out the power head too? i moved it to the other side of the tank but now its close to my monitor and its messing up my monitor because of the magnectic field it creates..

if i were you i'd move the moss around the black rock (in your 1st pic^^)

about the driftwood... soak it in container for about a week changing the water everyday, it will get rid of the tint

oddball
