i have another problemn going on. i saw three clutches of egss from my apple snails. one pink, one blue and one brown. i have three different colors. they are in a tank of guppys. now when these eggs hatch they will fall into the water and get eaten. i have tried hatching them myself. i have put them on sterafoam and let them float but they get to wet. put them in water on lettuce to float but again to wet. so where and how do i move these pods to??? i would love to save them all. i have bought clutches of eggs but could never get them to hatch. any suggestions. judy

I think you could incubate them in damp peat moss or vermiculite, much like reptile eggs, and then move the egg case to the main tank when the snails start to hatch.
