Yes, no offense to the poster, but please keep these adverts constrained to signatures. Part of what everyone seems to think is "wrong" with this site is that there are so many threads that have no point. This isn't helping. I personally have tried to join other boards just for another perspective, and this is still the best one. Some of the information you get isn't first rate and there are a good number of trolls (mainly because we feed them), but this is still the only place I have found where you can get a reply within minutes of posting.

So, just out of curiosity, I visted the link provided and the first thread I browse through is "What to put in a 1 gallon tank" It was followed by *multiple* replies that a goldfish would work well :thud:

I'll keep my loyalty and the well being of my fish at AC...

But I guess you should have researched enough before suggesting anything out there in that "1 gallon stock" thread.
Suggesting a 50% water change once in two weeks for a Goldfish kept in 1 Gallon is pushing all the limits !! I doubt if that poor Goldfish would even be alive to witness the fortnightly 50% water change.
I do a almost 75% water change to my sole 3.5" Flower Horn kept in a 2ft tank *every* week, and I will still be wondering if I have done enough. Just a thought.
