It's good that you're feeding a variety of foods. Like with ourselves, a varied diet is the key to getting all necessary nutrients. Besides, it keeps your fish from being bored! I personally feed many of the same types as you do: flakes, some pellets, bottom feeder wafers, vegetables.
One thing I might add is frozen foods. They are a good substitute for live foods. They are nutritious and enticing to most fishes. I use that as my base for their diet. I feed an omnivore cube because I have a variety of fishes with wide dietary needs. It's made by San Francisco Bay Brands and contains brine shrimp, mysis shrimps, spinach, algae, lettuce, plankton, and vitamins. I suppose it's varied enough in itself that it could serve all your feeding needs. But I never like to put all my eggs in one basket
I think your fishies will enjoy that one a lot. I just take out a cube, thaw it in a cup with some water from the tank, and feed with a syringe so I can control portion. That way, I can also direct some food for my bottom feeders by putting the syringe closer to the bottom of the tank. Some people use a turkey baster, but I find those too big for my guys.
In addition, I also add some frozen bloodworms and glassworms (both are types of mosquito larvae, I believe) because my fish love them so darn much.
Your loaches might also enjoy an occasional treat of live snails. You can usually get a few hithchikers from new live plants. Another way to do it is to just ask your live fish store if they'd be willing to give some to you. Most of them have so many pest snails, that you'd be doing them a favor. Just pick some appropriately small ones, and dump them in your tank.
That's the story on how I feed my tanks. Hope it gave you some ideas.
