This is what happened, there was a stray snail in my red devil tank, she decided that it was a pretty good snack so she munched on it, swallowed it whole. Some of the shell went out through the gills. I'm asking if I should be worried or something. What if some small sharp part of the shell went inside the digestive tract? Will it be digested? Will it slice something inside? Am I paranoid? Its been 4 days since the incident, so maybe everything is fine? Red Devil is about 8 inches, snail was less than 2 inches. So what do you guys think? I feel sorry for the snail though :( I'm wondering how it got there.
