75 gallon

would a female reddevil and a texas do well in a 75 gallon.I plan on trying this becuase my reddevil is in a 29 gallon for now with 50 gallon filtration.and my texas is in10 gallon right now and he is only a inch long.My reddevil is 5 inches.My reddevil will be in a 75 gallon in about 3 months at the most because i am going to build a stand ,instead of paying alot of cash for a stupid stand.Is this a good idea.

With the size difference, that RD is probably going to kick the texas' butt in the 75gal. Even if they were the same size, I think in that small a tank you are bound to have some problems.
I have a 5" Midas/RD presently in a 50gal, going into my 75gal as soon as I get the stand build, and he (she) will be the only fish in there....
