Up for grabs is a Emp. 400 filter that is less than a year old. I also have a box of replacement media that cost me $25 bucks I will throw in with it. It's all yours for $50.

It's getting tough to find a REAL bargain around here....

Shouldn't used equipment be cheap? My rule is to charge half of the cheapest price online for something used. But, maybe that's just me.

Hum...Let me see...$40 + the $30 for the extra media, I was wrong when I said I paid $25, + 3/4 a can of extra carbon. Add all that up and divide by 2 and $40 is basically half of what I paid. I bought the filter last May, but since I moved I did not open it up until September. It is in excellent condition. I think $40 for what all I am including is very fair. Any other comments from the peanut gallery?...

A bit too much for a used emp. 400. IMO. I would give you 35$ with shipping included or 25$ w/out shipping included. Wouldn't give more than that. If you are interested in my offers, I was planning on going out Friday and buying a new one but if you like my offer, I'll buy your emp. 400 instead. Other wise, I wish you the best of luck :)
