I just bought some of this (as well as some java moss) to put in my 100 gallon tank (I am graduating from sink plants!). I am just wondering, if these will do fine in gravel, or if I have to have some other kind of mixture for them to grow in??

they are a rootless floating plant actually so your substrate isn't important at all.
I have a few clumps that are just rubber banded together and held down with rocks. if they come loose they just float to the top. and they grow like weeds even with extremely low light levels.
