Gel-tek Ultra Cure PX

Have you ever used it? What do you think?

I bought PraziPro to use as a preventative measure for my new rams but I also wanted something with Metronidazole which the gel-tek has. Can I use both together? Should I soak food in it or just put it in the water as per the directions?
