Check my sig for what I have. If not I may consider moving the bala or silver dollars to make room for one. Thanks.

Can I add a Frontosa?
definitely NOT a little research would tell you that frontosa are an African cichlid from Lake Tanganyika. they require hard, alkaline water chemistry which is significantly different from that preferred by the rest of your fish.

Thanks. So for future reference then what are some cichlids I COULD add?

Considering the Bala will outgrow the tank anyways, get rid of it and stick with what you have.
A lightly-moderately stocked tank is much better/easier than a heavily-over stocked tank to maintain and keep the fish healthy and thriving.

To answer your question... No.
As already stated, they are not compatible with your current stock.

Fronts tend to do best either as solitary display fish or in a species/colony tank. A single mature male would look good in your 120gal.
A colony is usually one male and three to five females, and this requires a larger tank than 120gal
