ok i have a 10 gal tank with 4 golden white cloud, a few glowlight tetras and 2 chinese algae eater. I been noticing for the past two weeks that one of my golden white cloud isn't eating much and when he does eat, he just spits it out. so can anyone tell me what's wrong with him? he seems pretty healthy.

well your tank is very stocked...those cae's get to big for a 10 gallon

wat are you feeding your fish?

im feeding my fish tetramin and tetracolor tropical flakes. and yea i know the cae will get big but when they do i will move them to my 60 gal.

i wonder if fish need variety in their foods, cuz i sometimes feed them bloodworms too. i also do regular water changes every two weeks.

you need to do a water change EVERY week. go out and get a liquid test kit.

print out that page and take it to petsmart and have them price match the "Freshwater master test kit" that will save you $10 because they are about $25 in the store. post your water perameters. you should have 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, and less than 30ppm nitrate.

he's feeding staple food, food is fine. Is it just 1 out of 4 not eating, or all of them not eating? How big are they? does it have any infections, check the fish disease websites. Most likely it's sick. How's the cae? are they bothering any fish yet. and yes as others said, test your water.

yes, i will test my water but to answer gagaliya, only 1 of the four is not eating and he is the smallest one out of the four. the cae is not bothering any fish, they just chase each other around and i do not think they have any diseases. he sometimes eat bloodworms but that is usually the only thing he eats. so i dont know what is wrong with him.
