Paludarium Setup - Feedback!

I currently have a 20g high planted and the planted tank isn't for me. I've always wanted to do a half/half tank.. so i've done a lot of research and i've been planning the tank ever since.. here's what i have so far, let me know what you think (very rough sketches)

Looks good, so long as the filter intake is unobstructed (also, doble-check that the Fluval 1 can manage a head that high). What are you planning on useing for substrate in the terrestrial portion?

well, i'm going with a fluval 2... not the fluval 1.. and no it won't be obstructed..
I was gonna use some sort of moss - sphagnum i heard was good to use.. i wasn't sure
