I've come into 4 Congo tetras at a somewhat early age.. between 1" and 1.5". To me, they all look female... I don't see anything definitive with longer fins.. I occassionally see colors.
Can you tell at this size? Or do they need to grow more? I'll see if I can get a picture later.
