What does ich look like? I think that one of fish might has it, but I can't really tell if he does. Can my other fish get it?

White lumps the size of a grain of salt. It is very distinctive. I bet if you google it you can find a good pic.

If it looks more like white powder than granules it would be velvet instead of ich.

And yes your other fish can get it, it's contagious and can remain in the tank for some time unless treated.
