Found this 55 gal on eBay and the seller said they he can deliver the tank to me for free.

He's asking $150 for it. He said that the tank has no scratches and guaranteed not to leak. The tank is just dusty from being stored and he rates the condition of the tank an 8 out of 10. The auciton states that this tank goes for $500. Is this true? Would this be a wise buy?
