I am thinking of starting a 10 gallon planted tank. I now very little about planted tanks. I need to know what type of substrate works best, I was thinking of putting two 18 watt florecent lights over it. So it would give me close to 4 watts per gallon. What type of plants? What type of fertalilzers and such? Should I have a DIY CO2? I want a tank that is full of plants...I want to see more green than anything else.
