mollies are actually brackish. the fancier types dont need brackish salinity, but still need some salt. for the others it depends on the size of the tank. the cories and the neons are both schoolers so you should add enough to get 6 of each. that would put you in an absolute minimum of a 10 gallon, 15-20 being much better.
