What flake mixture should i feed my mbuna?

I'm talking percentages and ingredients.

I almost never feed my mbuna flakes. They seem to repeatedly overeat them, leading to intestinal problems. The flake seem OK in terms of fat and protein. The proportions of each is almost identical to Hikari Cichlid Excel, which is excellent for mbuna.

My mbuna have done best with algae wafers, pre-moistened pellets and cichlid sticks, and blanched veggies.

Anything with protein around 35% is perfectly fine, avoid other foods that have higher protein levels.
