hi i got a

29 gallon
2 daffodil cichlis
4 zebra danois
2 leopard danois
1 blood parrot soon to be departing with

is there any other fish i can put in this tank of mine? cichlids?

i was looking into gouramis or a blue hammer lobster?

any info would really help

Not sure if you knew or not, but you are mixing fish with EXTREMELY different water quality needs. The daffodils requires very hard water. It's a very aggressive cichlid that will more than likely end up killing your danios. Especially if they are a mating pair. The danios require a neutral ph of 7.0, while the daffodils require a high ph of 8.3-9. Also much higher gh and kh requirements.

Unfortunately, alot of the big chain pet stores don't know a whole lot. Here's some info on the zebra danios:

The daffodil (Neolamprologus pulcher) are from Lake Tanganyika in Africa. I have a Tanganyika tank, (which has a daffodil in it) and use danios for feeders. So, I wouldn't get too attached to the danios ;)

I noticed you were interested in blue crayfish. My daughter has a blue crayfish in her 29g and it is very entertaining! Quite a personality. Lots of fun to watch! This one also eats the occasional danio. It crawls up the plants and sits real still waiting for a danio to swim close enough for her to grab it.

Those daffodil will kill your danios. They're extremely aggressive fish.

im so confused since they told me at petland the daffodil was s/a thats y i got the jelly bean/ blood parrot, also the danio will do ok with them ihate them now
