10GPD Kent Marine, 3-stage RO/DI unit, TFC Membrane
The overall unit is 2 years old. Membrane was started 3/24/04 and di was started 7/20/04. I will provide a NEW sediment/carbon 5 mic pre filter. The di cartridge is refillable and the canister is a little chipped but the 3rd stage di is not leaking. There are plyer marks on the tip plastic of the membrane, but should not affect filtration because it is so far away from the membrane. I used the plyer to pull the membrane out of the plastic outer cartridge.
I am selling this unit because I have a better 4 stage 35gpd hi-s unit. Membranes must be moist or they will die. I used this unit for 1 year and a half and switched to my new unit. Ever since then I have used this unit at least once a month. Membranes last for 3-5 years, this unit is fuctional but slow. Approximatly 12 hours time will give you about 5 gallons of ro/di water. I dont know the current tds of this unit.

Add the castle package plus
1-skilter 250; I added some teflon to the o-ring at the motor area to stop a leak after I did not use the filter for a while. Can be used as a refugium. No longer has the skimmer function!
1- whisper model 4 power filter, Some sand got into the motor so it makes a little noise.
1- penguin 125 power filter, pretty new.

$30Shipped Castle Package with 3 hob filters; skilter250, whisper model 4 and penguin 125.(none have bio media, whisper makes some noise because of sand, I wrapped some teflon tape around the o-ring of the skilter to stop a leak after I didnt use it for a while and the o-ring that attaches the motor to the platic pump started leaking, it seems fine now but check for leaks.
