You know what really makes me angry?

When the syphon jumps out of the bucket during a water change, and you syphon a gallon of water onto your carpet. Or when you drip water on the lenoleum in your kitchen and you step on it barefoot, and fall on your hindquarters. That's what really angers me. :mad2:

:sigh: If you couldn't tell I had a bad day of water changes today, so I thought I'd rant to someone who might understand. Then again, maybe you guys wouldn't know, because your not as stupid as I am. :dive:

I ussually end up with a mouthful from my siphon. And yes, I do the very same thing as you every time. Absolutely soak the carpet in stinkin fish crap.

Its all worth it.

I take offense to your last comment! I am just as capable of being as stupid as you are, and I have the wet carpet and bruised arse ta prove it! :D
 
It is good to know I'm not the only person to soak the carpet during water changes! I only have one 10 qt bucket and a 1 gallon water jug, so I have to make a whole bunch of trips and the water sloshes all over me and the floor by the time I'm done. I kind of wish I'd put the tanks closer to the sinks, but there really wasn't anywhere that would have worked.
 
I got water all over my carpet today for the same reason (I also start my gravel vac by sucking it..o well..:rolleyes: )

Haha, I cant start my week without a mouthful of fish crap. Its what gets me out of bed in the mornings. I really wouldnt want any other way to start my siphon.
