Hello everyone,
Over the July 4th holiday, I was lucky enough to go to Destin, Fl. While there, I did a bit of snorkeling. I captured this shrimp floating in some seaweed. Anyone know what he is? He has been living in my 37ga. for about a month. I had him in quarantine for about a month. Seems pretty tough. I got him and a bunch of hermit crabs that are all white in color. All of them are doing well. Oh, and yes I aquired a licence first.

Anemone shrimp huh? I found him in a clump of seaweed. Got some little bitty green crab that decorates himself in the same clump. Haven't seen it since I put them both in the tank. Right now I am battling ich in the tank. Treating with some stuff called No-Ich. Says its made by Fish Vet Inc. Anyone heard of it, used it? I used it on my yellow tang for some black ich. Worked that time, hope it works this time. Once the tank is clean, I might try a condy. See if the shrimp goes for it.

Anemone shrimp is an educated guess. Can you post another picture?

Yeah, I can try to get a better shot of him. He's hard to get out in the light. My rockwork gives hime plenty of places to hide. I'm at the job now so Ill try and get some later. Thanks for the info.

its a camel or humpback shrimp. Some don't like them in their tanks but I've got one and haven't really had any troubles.
