hey, all. so I called tetra care today to give them a little "test" of sorts to see if they were giving good advice, and it went sort of like this:
advisor: hello, tetracare aquatics division, how may I help you?
me:yes, i wanted to know, what's the minimum size tank for a goldfish?
advisor:well, we recommend at least 3 gallons per 1" of fish.
well, I read and heard from several people that if you don't give at least 30gs per fish or fancys and 50gs per fish for regulars, they will be stunted and die an terrible early death, and they can live for 20 years.
advisor:ummmmmm.... uuhhhhhh... you know the ammonia will burn thier gills right?
me: what does that have to do with my question?
advisor: ummmmmmmmmmmm........ is there anything else I can help you with?
me: no, goodbye.
me::laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :duh: :D
