ive got 2 swordtails and 3 neon tetras in my ten gallon would it be safe to add a green puffer??

Green spotted puffers require brackish (slightly salty) water. Im not sure if the swordtails and neons would make the best tank mates anyway.

no,they are brackish and i dont think that neons and swordtails are good tankmates,sorry.

The tetras and swords would be dinner before long at all...and that puffer would outgrow a 10g before too long, too.

you could build your neon school a bit and add 3 more of those.....
