How to do water changes with fry in the tank

Hi,
I posted a question earlier what I should do about my jellybean eggs. Well now they turned into fry and I need to do a partial water change and I'm not sure how to go about doing that. Also can anyone please give me ideas as to how I should administer food to the fry?

If you use a siphon you can put nylon (from old stockings) on the end of it to make sure you do not accidentally suck any one through.
