Ok i just removed some stuff from my tank and to do so i had to disterb the sand this sent a cloud of "stuff" up into the water that i thought would settle down in a day or so like it has b4 but it has been about 4 days. Any ideas on why? Or just how to get rid of it?

well if you dont have a lot of corals that need lots of water movement like sps, id dim down your water flow jsut a little if you can. but you still need to have a good amount. then runs ome carbon. you can also put a filter sock or even panty-hose over your powerheads and taht will help. skim wet. and then of course, water changes will also do good things.
