Hey these worms come out and crawl around the glass sometimes. I am just wondering what they are and if they are harmful in any way.

What color are they? What size? Behavior? Do they burrow under the gravel, stay out all the time? There are many possibilities.

They are generally only visible when there numbers get really high. That is a sign of over feeding in the tank (too much left over food at the bottom). A good gravel vacuuming will keep their numbers very low.

Yeap thanks, I've been trying to cut back on feeding the fish, that's a hard one.
I've noticed I only see these worms come out after my weekly water change.
