what fish?

As you see in my signature i have 6 neon after 1 mortality when i came back from ireland and 5 danios in a 17 gallon upright tank. Is there 1 fish i could put with these that would survive or any other fish? I was thinking a black shirted tetra but im really not sure.

the trouble with most small fish is they need to be in schools. only one i can think of is a dwarf gourami but he might be aggresive

how about a siamese algae eater? I have two and they're very mellow, get along with everybody and are pretty cute to boot!! Just make sure they're true SAEs - blackstripe goes all th eway in to the tail. Here's a pic of mine:
