Man, I wish I would just leave well enough alone. :o Since I have the gourami I have been searching for a cave. Found one, rearranged the tank for like the 10th time in 2 months. I keep getting plants putting them in, moving them.

Do you ever just leave it alone?? It really makes me want another tank so I can set up another 'theme'.

Funny thing is - the fish aren't even really using the cave. They go back to the tunnel under the coral they originally had. Oh well, it is there if someone needs it! :shark:

lol, this is how the addiction begins. You will start with one small tank but for some reason feel the need to get another and another. Once the fish get used to the tank and pick there area they will use it. If the cave is in there area they will use it.

It is good to know I'm not the only one compulsively rearranging my tank--I worried I was stressing my fish out too much! It is just hard to vaccum the gravel and keep the decorations in the same places--and I went a bit overboard with decorations at first so it has to be cut down somewhat!

lol ya i do it to, but i cannot do it as much because i have 4 cats and anyone who has cats knows the hair is everywhere so everytime i put my hand in to the tank or leave the top off some cat hair is floating aroound for a while before the filter picks it up lol

i was always messing around with my decor but i only have 1 bit of wod and there only so many times you can move it before its back where it started LOL.

Yep...lol.....I have a 29 that's been through many changes and rearranges over a 2 year period. I think I have it where I want it now...but............it does need a larger piece of driftwood.......

You mean you're not supposed to change things around?

Keeps the fishies interested!

"Look! A new plant! Hey! Where'd that piece of wood come from?"
