i have a heater at near the tip of the heater is written there " minimum water level".. wat it means? is it that the water level cannot exit the point or it must be above the point..? if is above the point can i put the whole heater in the water... i afraid that it will get electric shock... anyone know???

this is my heater.. i dont know weather it can be put in the water.. can u tell??
 
this one's easy. the water level here means thats where the water should be. not lower. having the level lower may cause the heater to over heat and could possibly hurt your fish.
