OK, I'm a new Mommie... again. I just got 2 pairs of Kribensis from e-bay. It was a local pickup and I only bought 1 pair, the lady just gave me another because she had too many. lol They are in my 20 gallon at the moment in 'quarantine'. I'm waiting for my 33 gallon to finish cycling before I move them. They're pretty small at the moment so I know I have some time. That and the tank is heavily planted to break line of sight, and there's some 'caves' too. (I know 2 pairs need more space than a 20 gallon)

I'm going to wait to see how they pair up, and then when the 33's finished move one pair over there. (Maybe both pairs...undecided) Tank mate at the moment are, one Otto, and 4 Serpae Tetras, (all new and still in quarantine) Eventually I will have all mixed tanks. The 33 gallon has gupppies and ghost shrimp.

Is there any thing I might need to know about these? Something I should do, or am I on the right track? Been doing research, I think I got it covered but I'm just double checking with all of you.

*They're sooo pretty, and fun to watch, I'm loving them!*

You're doing everything right so far! Is your 33 gallon tank 36" long? I have a 33 gallon that size, and I'm not sure two pairs of kribs would do well together...so if you do move both pairs in the larger tank - just keep an eye on things. Since they're growing up together, they have a better chance of coexisting than if you added a second pair later.

Have fun...they're cool fish.
