Does anyone know if endlers guppies can be kept in high heat (84 to 89 degrees) for a couple of weeks at a time. I am planning on putting a fan toward the tanks and maybe using
frozen water bottles to help with the situation. Thanks for you help.

That temperature is terribly high, even for endlers. And is likely to cause disease outbreaks more than anything else like columnaris etc. They thrive in high temp water.
I live in a very hot area and my tanks can get very warm if I am not careful.
I'd use fans, frozen blocks are great as they drop the temps slowly so as to not stress the fish. I'd also make sure you have good airstones in there as high temps decrease the o2 in water. Test your water often also as even the lowest levels of ammonia and nitrite can be more lethal in warmer/less 02 water.
