Can you keep guppies and platy together in the same tank? Just wondering.
Will the platy eat my baby guppies that are in the tank?

lerger guppys will eat guppy fry too. they do not raise their fry like cichlids

Yep you can keep guppies and platys together. All adult fish (including the parents) will eat the fry if they can catch them. If you want to raise the fry either provide them with places to hide (eg java moss) or get one of those plastic/net fry savers.

Adult females will eat the fry. So I second the comment to get hiding places or a breeding trap.
