Just home from the hospital :)

Hi all.

I just got home from the hospital this wednesday after undergoing a very painful second (and final!!.. woohoo!!) operation on my colon :) I was gone for 5 days. I was SO surprised to see my Oscar's reaction. He seemed genuinly happy to see me, more so than usual.. it was as though he really did miss me :)
I got the screaming and dancing of the parrots, the barking of the dogs, and the splish-splashing of the fish :)

Welcome back Sarah. It's good to know your procedure went well :)

How nice to come home to so much affection! Most people don't give fish much credit for intelligence, but I sometimes think my betta can read my mind...
 
Glad you made it home safe and sound, Sarah. I hate hospitals. My sev is the only fish who is recognizing and happy to see me, but the lps i have gone to for 3 years has a 10 inch flowerhorn in a small tank, he recognizes me when i go to him and kinda cheers up! follows my hand back and forth; otherwise he just hovers. poor thing. Stay healthy!! :clap:

I'm not a big fan of hospitals....

But I did have a Unicorn tang that would come up to the tank ad let me pet him,,, In the meantime he would change colors for me too... Pretty cool....

Man I miss that fish!!
