I am curious whether a female krib will be compatible with Amano Shrimp or would the krib think that an Amano shrimp is food?

I wouldn't try it. I had a ghost shrimp that was getting ill and was only twitching a bit from time to time, eventually he laid on his back for a full day. I decided to throw him into my tank with only a pair of kribs. They made short work of him. I would add shrimp only if they were cheap (probably only ghosts), if the tank was heavily planted and had many hiding places (mine has a lot, but I'm still adding in more plants), and knowing full well that they will slowly get picked off. Also, if you're breeding your kribs, I have heard that many shrimp may be predatory to fry. I'm not sure if that goes for the Amanos or not, which primarily eat algae and plant matter to the best of my knowledge.
