I got a gift card yesterday from Petsmart because I had no receipt. So I come home all excited and go online to find silly little knickknacks I 'need' for my tanks.. I pick them out, become very tired (from stupid surgery) and go to bed without ordering.
Next morning.. the fish section is GONE! No more fish stuff on the entire website!! Grrrrr I'm gonna call and complain. Just my luck!!!

I blame all these people from Aquarium forums pricematching to their online prices.


assuming they haven't just lost a large part of their warehouses, one option might be to (per their customer support page)

I emailed them too....if everyone does it, then maybe they will put it back up. I wanted to get a python. I could save almost 10bucks with the online price!!! GRRRRRR..........shoulda printed it out sooner :mad:

I just sent a not so friendly email as well. Hopefully one of us will get an answer soon. Anyone call that number yet? I would think that they will price match anyone though so bigal's should work too right? I know there a dollar or two more on most stuff now but its still cheaper then paying full price in the store.

Just called the 888 number and got right to a person.

"They are having a problem with it and it will be put back up asap"

I've used print-outs of both the product page and the shopping cart before. As long as the item number and price are on there, it should work.
