Do you guys think this combination would work?

29 gallon tank, I have 3 green chromis and a peppermint shrimp. Would adding the Coral Beauty and Maroon be overkill? I definately want a Coral Beauty and a Clown of some sort, but would the chromis have to go back?

Would a false percula be better than the maroon?

Tank is a month old, has cycled, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 5-10 nitrate.

i currently have a 29gal tank with a yellow coral goby pair of clowns coral beauty & a fire fish just lost my scooter blenny after having ich but all is well now..... But back to the question i feel in the long run the green chromis would kill each other anyway as they always compete to be the best kinda like FW tiger barbs..... so if you want them they really need to be in larger groups of five are more but they could also pester other tank mates to death so best get rid before you add anymore fish in your tank

a coral beauty is so worth getting rid of your three chromis

maroon clowns can be nasty & rather large for your tank so stick with the normal common clowns they`l do fine with all tank mates

im not 100% sure but it sounds good idea to try i guess you like your CHROMIS ...........

but if you see him pestering the other fish after a week the i`d take him out as he will probably not give over plus he will be the cheapest fish & if he dose pester your other fish to death thats just expensive.....

but if you don`t try you will never know
