Cleaning Used Aquarium

I just bought a used aquarium from a friend of mine. I was wondering what I should use to clean it. I've heard some say to use a weak bleach/water solution. Others say to use baking soda and I've also been told vinegar/water. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

ive use a bleach/water 1 to 10 part mix.

If its clean i just use water and rinse it out reall well. If it has scaley crap built up all over I use water and a razor blade (Assuming the tank is glass)

I believe it was used for Koi by the previous owner, and from what I understand, koi are pretty filthy fish.

just dont use soap. vinegar or blech will work. get a rag and start cleaning.
