I seem to have these blobs growing all over my 22g freshwater tank. I have heard that they can indicate higher levels of nitrates (like algae might), I don't have algae problems.
If its not a problem with nitrates, is it a problem?
Will Bryozoans do any harm to the plant/object they grow on?
How do they affect the water?
It is a live-plant tank. with Boulivian rams, and tetras, and 20+\- mystery snails.
