Confused here there seems to be a fair few products that dump trace elements back into water to support Corals Fish inverts etc seachem seaquarium kent all do these products but the only products i read about is things that are designed for fish are designed for corals are designed for coral growth all separate but is there a product that puts trace elements in for corals & fish are is this a silly question because from what i read there all separate but near enough put the same elements back into the water

An all in one product would/could really screw up your water parameters if not used carefully and it would give you no way to correct your water parameters, so you would have to buy another product to correct any mistakes you make(and trust me, you are going to make mistakes - your not a robot). It would be easier to just use two different products, not to mention calcium and alkalinity can precipitate each other out of solution.

The two main water parameters you need to maintain are calcium and alkalinity - provided that your doing regular water changes, other parameters are of little meaning to you.

so im guessing even if you stick to the stated dose that you can still over dose your tank so a test kit for calcium etc would be needed but i do a 10% water change every week using instant ocen salt my corals fish inverts are doing OK just wanted to give them all that bit extra because instant ocen is not the best but saying that all salts have draw backs soooo...

Unless you have an unusual tank, you shouldn't need to worry about any trace elements.
Understand the relationship between calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium and that will guide you as to when and how to treat deficiencies in those items, but normal trace elements, first of all you are adding every time you add food, but also are replenished when doing water changes.
In fact, it is my opinion that my water changes LOWER the excessive build up of trace elements due to additions from feeding the tanks.
