Sick Tiger Barbs

My tiger barbs are usually full of energy, but two of them have been acting oddly lately. They just moved to a planted tank, and are getting used to it.

One of my albino tiger barbs is paler and skinnier then usual, and hangs out at the top of the tank with his nose in the air. He eats, and will occasionally swim around the tank when another barb comes up. He isn't being nipped or chased by the other barbs, and I've watched carefully to make sure he is eating. His gills seem extra red--but the albino barbs have red gils.

The other is a green tiger barb, who seems emaciated--no longer having a fat little belly. He has been this way for a while, and he tends to hide in the plants at the bottom of the tank. It takes him longer to join the feeding or come to the glass when I come to the tank. But he does eat.

I tested the water this afternoon and there was 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites, and about 10 nitrates.

Also, they'd just undergone treatment for velvet in their old tank, which has cleared up. So I'm hesitant to put any meds in until it has been longer between meds and stress from moving.

Is there anything I can do for these fish?
