does anyone know anything about a killer catfish (thats what the pet store called it)? another pet place called it a dinosaur fish. i put it in with my exodons to clean up the leftovers and he ended up eating almost all my tetras. i put into my other aquarium but now what? should i take it back or should i keep it and grow it until i can sell it to someone who wants a BIG killer catfish?

You should return it to the petshop if you don't have a huge tank, I would. The catfish can be a host of different catfish, a lot of them will eat anything they can fit into their mouths.... bullheads, channels, redtails, you name it.

Possibly an ompok or wallago (often sold as 'killer' cats), although 'dinosaur fish' are usually Senegal bichirs.
