augh, don't do network marketing or MLM (multi-level marketing). Most people refer to those as "pyramid schemes" because you make a certain percentage of money based on the sales from your "downline" or the people you sign up. Unless you REALLY love the products, it makes you feel like a wh*re, or at least I did. They're also encouraged not to think for themselves, but just follow a formula for "success". I was encouraged to get as many credit cards as possible, and spend money on them like I already had it. They said you gotta act rich to get rich.

I think most home jobs advertised are MLM. You know those "Put Your Computer to Work" or "Work from Home" ads? Those are almost all network marketing. By the way, it's called that because you market products through your network of people. Which means you'll be trying to sell to everyone you know. True, some people make millions on those. But you have to be a certain kind of (shameless) person :o

just my two cents. Maybe someone on AC has made tons of money at it, and it was easy for them. But for me it was just as hard, if not harder, than a regular job. And I lost tons of money on it.

You could look into GPT sites (GPT = Get Paid To). They are sites where you register and fill out surveys, do some product trials, basically all those things that gunk up your spam box but get paid for them. Usually its only .50 or a dollar, for the totally free stuff, but if you get into the "pay s/h" or "pay 1 month service" stuff you can start making some real money. I got into a few GPT sites this month and have so far racked up over $70, for only 3-4 hours total of computer time. It seems like a scam at first, did to me, but its really true. There are some tips/tricks that will save time and avoid problems. My favorite site is Deal Barbie Pays....PLEASE let me know if you are interested, as I can give you my info as a referral.

Not sure if this is the kind of thing you meant. I buy all my fish stuff with money I make in the share market. I did about 4 months of research, made an internet trading account with my bank and started trading one share at a time. I'm only 20 so I don't have much money but I've managed to make around $2000 in 18 months. It's obviously not for everyone (I did accounting at school and understand the basics) but if your willing to do a fair amount of research, have an understanding of the share market and aren't greedy it's pretty easy really.

I have had two home business in the past one was I opened an online dollar store which brought in about 60-75 dollars a week. I also had a cigerate site where I sold cigerates to people at a bulk discount but there was a lot of marketing to keep it going. I dont smoke so it was not too interesting to me but it made ok money about 150 a month or so on average. I quit because I didnt have the time with my main Business.
