Does "O" mean Oscar?
Parameters good means what exact readings on ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?
What size tank and what other tankmates?
yep an oscar
Amm:0
Nitrite:0
Nitrate:30
P.H.:7.0
Tank Size: hes kept in a 20 right now.. gonna move him in the 55 when he gets a little bigger because the 55 has fish over 4" in there and i think they prolly would bully the little guy
Tank Mates:Hes in there with a 2 1/2" BP and FM with 5 1inch TB's

Stress. Are you planning on having all of those fish in the 55?
i got 2 4"(lil bigger) female convicts in the 55.. they killed off both the males.. kinda amazing and wierd.. probably move the O and BP in there.. leave the FM in the 20.. then proabbly move them all in a 75+ in about 5-6 months.

A lot of "probably" in there for me. The Oscar would be happy with a 75, by himself.

not to be a jerk, but all the abbreviations are sorta annoying. Call me stupid, but it's tough to immediately figure out what a BP, FM, and O is, and then harder to help you.
I've never really been a fan of seeing Oscars in 55g tanks, but I suppose it could be done. With other fish in there, you'll be changing a lot of water. And by "a lot" I mean 50+%, 2-3 times per week just to keep them alive. Expect health problems that take a long time to go away (fin rot, etc.). My .02 anyway.

IMO oscars need at least a 75 by themselves, and a 100 if you want other fish with them
