I don't think many fish would like being in such a narrow space! What do you guys think??

I agree--I think the same effect could be had with a tank built into the wall. I also think it is funny where they say that aquarium fish are meant to be watched and enjoyed. It makes it sound like fish are the equivilant to tv--they are here to amuse us and they better start doing tricks!

I'm sure if you put suitable sized fish in them, they'd be fine.. Many 'nano' fish would be good in there.

until it became time do to a gravel vac, or something like that.. then you'd need to worry.

It's all about suitable stocking and overall husbandry,

How the heck would you clean the thing? You'd have to use a straw as a gravel vac, and good luck trying to get algae off the tank walls without crushing the fish...

i'd say you could keep something like shrimp in one, i'd never subject any fish to a life in there. i'd be such a pain in the ol' behind to clean, too!

It's not that small.. I'm quite sure I could get my mag float in there. And the business end of my Python is 2" in diameter, you can also get them smaller.

sure it'd be difficult.. but not impossible. and with suitable fish it might not even be cruel either.

I wouldn't condone someone getting one and putting a few goldfish in there, but it would have a place.. personally my biggest concern would be water changes.. ;)

may include a few fish that would be considered suitable.
