Question about food?

I have a baby molly - a result of a black molly and a dalmation molly mating and I read somewhere if you put fish food in a cup in the direct sunlight it produces some kind of baby food.

What is the name of this food? Is it healthy for adult fish too?

that I've never heard of. grind flakes very very small and give that to them

I've never heard of that..I have heard of setting up a 'greenwater tank' and raising daphnia, copepods. infusoria, blackworms,bloodworms etc but those take time.

i think mollies do fine with crushed(finely) flake.

thats what i feed my fry. i just put some fish food in a baggy and crush it for a min or two. it gets very small and they are able to eat it.
